Project narrative
A private villa organised vertically around entertainment, hospitality and family life, with four levels composed as one continuous experience.
The two basement levels form the entertainment and reception heart of the house. Dining, kitchen, living and formal hosting unfold across the ground floor, while the second floor becomes a quieter private realm for the family. Light, material and movement connect the levels into one restrained composition.
